We are a small practice group with staff clinicians serving adult and adolescent (16+) clients across the Capital Region and the state of New York. The practice has historically specialized in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder and trauma, but we work with a wide scope of presenting concerns and diagnoses including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and many others. We strive to offer a welcoming clinical experience for people from a broad range of ethnocultural backgrounds, gender and sexual identities, and class/socioeconomic contexts. The practice employs a range of perspectives in treating clients, but has its roots in cognitive behavior therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and psychodynamic interpersonal approaches.
