I provide a safe space for children and adults to work through stress and psychological challenges with actionable tools, allowing them to find harmony and reconnect to a sense of ease and joy in their lives. With extensive training in and personal experience with the mind-body connection, I holistically foster healing and collaborate with clients to build safety and hope. I share empathy, curiosity, humor, and my light-hearted nature, which make sessions comfortable and engaging. I factor in the biology, psychology, and sociology surrounding my clients and their unique gifts and challenges and help them utilize to their strengths.
