I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph. I bring a caring, relaxed, and empathetic presence to my work, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a strengths-based perspective to support my clients. I work collaboratively with individuals to develop meaningful coping strategies that foster greater connection, engagement, and overall well-being. My goal is to help each person feel grounded, empowered, and aligned with their best self. In our first session, my main goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming space where you feel safe to share at your own pace. We’ll start by getting to know each other and discussing what brought you to therapy. You don’t need to prepare anything or have the “right words” your story can unfold naturally.
