As a therapist, I create a safe, non-judgmental space for this transformative inner work. Together we'll gently examine patterns, process trauma, and challenge limiting beliefs. I work with seekers ready to move beyond trauma, depression, anxiety, self-doubt, and/or emotional patterns through deep inner work. My ideal clients want to understand the roots of their struggles, not just manage symptoms.
