Navigating life’s challenges often requires the courage to explore your most authentic self. My approach to therapy is rooted in a deep understanding of human emotion, as well as a commitment to helping individuals uncover their truest selves. I provide a unique perspective in addressing issues related to substance abuse, co-occurring mental health disorders, trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, and personality disorders. I am dually licensed in the state of New Jersey, and am currently accepting new clients to provide services in person and via telehealth.
