I am licensed in Massachusetts, 121347. I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals battling depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and chronic illness. Therapy is collaborative—we'll uncover deeply rooted issues, identify skills, and chart a path towards your goals. A lot of my work has been with women and veterans who have experienced trauma and unhealthy relationships with a focus on enabling them to move forward and develop healthy and positive relationships.
