My name is Bianca A. Monreal, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Long Beach, California working with clients statewide via Telehealth. I work with adults and adolescents. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, codependency, and LGBTQIA using Psychodynamic, EMDR, Affirmative, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to help my clients make progress and start feeling better. I decided to become a therapist because I have always wanted to help people. I enjoy seeing individuals thrive and become the best versions of themselves.
