Hello! I am Bianca. Do you feel at times misunderstood, unheard, or is there something stopping you, and you can't put a pin on it? I love to empower clients through difficult times by providing them support, guidance, and developing skills to accomplish their goals and not let mental health become a limitation. I have been working in the field for 8 years, providing services to adolescents and adults. I focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnosis. It is important to learn and develop the skills that will help us manage different symptoms in difficult situations to overcome obstacles. I work well with individuals who are ready to explore their emotions, gain insight into patterns, and develop practical strategies for change. My approach is especially effective for those seeking a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
