Hello! My name is Bianca Ruiz. Are you feeling, tired, sad, or unmotivated to complete daily tasks? Are you having difficulty sleeping or focusing on matters that are important to you? Let’s work together to improve your life, work, and relationships. I have worked with people for over thirty years as a mentor, social worker, and as a therapist. I am a parent of two adults, and I have worked with clients of all ages. I understand that every life stage presents its own struggles and confusion, but nobody should have to deal with things alone.
