Hi, I'm glad you're here. Let me introduce myself - I am a child and youth therapist, also working with adults who are working through childhood trauma for the first time. I specialize in helping heal from all types of childhood traumas: verbal and physical abuse, emotional and mental abuse, and sexual abuse and neglect. I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation.
