Life's emotional challenges can sometimes interfere with our ability to maintain a productive and fulfilling life. It can be difficult and frightening to reach out for help. But you have already shown strength and courage by taking the first step towards a healthy and balanced life. With a focus on strengths rather than weakness, I am motivated to help clients recognize how their past experiences are connected with their current concerns. I am passionate about helping individuals heal from their traumatic experiences. Trauma hides in plain sight and disguises itself in many forms. Most people never consider their addictions, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic pain, relationship difficulties or unexplained medical problems could be related to past or present emotional wounds. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and I am working towards my certification.
