Hello, and welcome. I’m Bijana Bailleres, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being. I utilize a humanistic and strengths-based approach, empowering clients to create their own roadmap for life. By encouraging the use of personal values and passions as a compass, I help individuals find direction and purpose. My passion for mental health has led me through diverse therapeutic settings, including individual & group therapy, residential treatment centers, intensive outpatient programs, and school-based counseling. This experience has equipped me to work effectively with teens & adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, codependency, family/relational issues, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I also have a specialty in working with neurodivergent men who possess high intellectual abilities and are striving to strengthen their emotional intelligence.
