My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself openly and work toward the growth and healing you deserve. With 9 years of experience in clinical and educational settings, I have had the privilege of helping children, adolescents, families, and young adults navigate various challenges. I am especially passionate about supporting Hispanic families as they adapt to life in the U.S., honoring their unique experiences and cultural values. For children, I use play therapy and Conscious Discipline to meet them at their developmental stage and help them express emotions in a way that feels natural and safe.
