I provide an empathetic, non-judgemental and caring therapeutic approach. My goal is to help you reduce symptoms and gain positive change. Are you having boundary issues, relationship issues (polyamourous, open, ethically non monogomous, swinging, or monogomous) work problems, gender identity, culture issues, and/ or sexual identity issues I am passionate about working with my clients to meet their goals. Every case is unique and requires a special therapeutic approach. I tailor my approach to your specific needs. I help reduce suffering from relationship issues, family or work conflict, trauma, abuse, phobias, tragedy, and addiction. You can get relief from painful thoughts, feelings, memories, triggers, flashbacks, nightmares, and behaviors. Each individual is unique so I apply a personalized approach using EMDR. We'll develop healthy coping skills.
