I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC; 5267) with over 30 years of psychotherapy and counseling experience. My goal as a therapist is to help people improve ways of thinking, feeling, and doing - three dimensions that cannot be neglected in therapy. And, because no "one" counseling approach is sufficient to explain all facets of human experience, I employ a variety of orientations including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, family systems, solution-focused, spiritual, and neuroscientific approaches - which I'll gladly discuss more in-depth upon request.
