I am a Counseling Psychologist and psychoanalytic psychotherapist with a special interest in helping artists, writers, actors, musicians and creatives of all types achieve their full potential. I am also interested in working with men around issues of fatherhood, masculinity, and relationships. Broadly speaking, I'm interested in helping you bring a light to bear on the unconscious, to develop insight into stuck patterns of behavior and ways or relating to self and others. I believe the statement - "the function of language is not to inform, but to evoke!". My practice combines contemporary psychodynamic therapy with ACT, empowering you to identify sources of meaning in your life, develop new perspectives on your internal emotional worlds, and pursue clarified values. My aim is to help you better understand the unique experience of your suffering en route to a more vital and satisfying existence.
