My belief is that mental health is just as important as physical health, and that people can learn daily exercises to keep their mental health in check. I also believe the therapist/client relationship is one of trust and no judgment. I give each client my undivided attention and allow for open and honest communication. I have worked with addiction, abuse victims, personality disorders and depressive/anxiety disorders. I also work with clients when they simply need to get their lives back on track.
