Welcome! I have been in clinical practice for 15+ years. I am a first-generation, South Asian psychologist who is caring, culturally-sensitive, gender-affirming, and non-judgmental. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients and use a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet them where they are on their mental health journey. My ideal client is one who has the self-awareness to begin the therapeutic process; someone who might be experiencing some of life's roadblocks/transitions or someone who has a general desire to exist more authentically. My clinical expertise is in working with adults in the areas of generalized anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, parenting concerns, emerging adulthood & life transitions. I offer a supportive, safe space for my clients to share and release emotional burdens, while helping them to understand and implement ways to experience less friction in life.
