I offer a warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned approach using trauma-informed, attachment-based, and family-focused therapies. I specialize in working with immigrant and Asian families and provide therapy in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Hakka. My goal is to help you feel safer in your emotions, more connected in your relationships, and more confident as you move toward meaningful change.
