Whether you are here because you are feeling a bit lost in the ups and downs of bipolar disorder or you are providing support to a loved one and are not sure where to go next, I'm hoping to provide you with clarity on how I may be able to offer support. I am passionate about helping folks and their family members coping with chronic mental health conditions find a place to heal from the symptoms and challenges that persistent mental illness carry. Through my work I provide individual and family services that are therapeutic, educational, supportive, and de-stigmatizing.
