I am passionate about supporting clients in their progress towards therapy goals related to anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, identity exploration, existential concerns, multicultural issues, life transitions, and sport and performance enhancement. My clinical work is primarily guided by humanistic and existential qualities of Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), which at its core, values authentic, genuine counselor-client interaction. I aim to create a nonjudgmental, collaborative, and trust-based relationship with my clients to generate a space safe enough for vulnerable self-reflection of thoughts and feelings.
