I enjoy working with individuals and adolescents. My clients come to therapy to address a variety of challenges. I work in a holistic way often with people who have experienced childhood trauma and challenging early relationships with parents or other caregivers. Unresolved trauma often results in difficulties in adult relationships, difficulty with parenting, anxiety, depression, trouble with boundaries or maybe general feelings of being stuck in your life. My versatile clinical style allows me to collaborate with you in a unique way to determine what your intentions and desires are and how to arrive at your goals for therapy.
