Life is hard—I don’t need to tell you that. We put so much pressure on ourselves to do everything “perfect,” and to do it “right now.” Constantly comparing ourselves to others and becoming self-critical when we don’t measure up to unrealistic standards. It’s exhausting. Over time, we become less confident, less motivated, and less inspired, leaving us drained and discouraged. And it doesn’t just impact us! Our relationships, job performance, even our ability to enjoy the little things in life start to suffer too. A vicious cycle that can leave us feeling like passive side characters controlled by fear, anxiety, and self doubt. There's a version of you that's confident, capable, at peace, even joyful! My job is to help you access that version and find a practical path forward where you can start living in a way that feels meaningful and important. My approach is compassionate, direct, & just the right amount of sarcastic, because therapy doesn’t have to be all serious all the time.
