I offer therapy to older children, adolescents, and adults of all ages and stages through a warm, welcoming, empathetic, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach. I believe in using a collaborative, respectful therapeutic relationship by drawing upon clients' natural strengths, inner wisdom and resources. I am a post-graduate resident therapist with Centus Counseling. I am supervised by an LCSW with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Please note that my regular office hours are Monday and Thursday evenings and select blocks of time Monday-Thursday during traditional work hours.
