If you’re part of Gen Z, you probably radiate confidence, creativity, and a fearless sense of self. You know who you are and aren’t afraid to show it—but even with that boldness, life can still feel overwhelming at times. Social media comparisons; the intensity of nonstop notifications; high expectations from school, work, and family; and navigating a world that wasn’t built for neurodivergent minds. It can all leave you exhausted or anxious. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform or pretend. Lay it bare. We’ll work on building strategies & confidence & independence that fit your life, not someone else’s script. I am neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and affirming of people with intellectual, physical, and developmental disabilities. I know what it’s like to live in communities that haven’t always been accepting—and to find your way anyway. You won’t have to explain the basics here. I get it.
