My psychotherapy practice closed at the end of 2024. I believed the foundation of therapy was a relationship built on trust, openness, and mutual respect. I saw myself as a guide and partner in the change process. I had experience treating the full range of adult problems and had always worked with a culturally diverse population. I had particular interest in creativity, women's issues, and adult development throughout the life cycle. I had specialized training in addictions, codependence, and eating disorders. My therapeutic orientation was broadly psychodynamic, along with EMDR and mindfulness-based approaches.
