Accepting new clients as of 1/25, including couples! I am trained in the Gottman method to help couples reach their full potential. I treat older teens, adults and couples. My areas of expertise include diagnosing and treating depression and anxiety, work-related issues, helping college students and their families through the transition into adulthood, post traumatic growth, spiritual struggles and counseling first responders (i.e., police officers, firefighter, and dispatchers). I love helping people get "unstuck"! I am also a musician, and love working with creative and artistic clients.
