I work with adults and adolescents who deal with depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, recovery, chronic illness, and existential questions. I specialize in ecotherapy, offering outdoor sessions, forest bathing, and nature-based practices. As a Type 2 Wildland Firefighter, I also welcome firefighters, fire practitioners, and those who work in fire and land stewardship. Grounded in social justice, I honor how systems shape our lives and emotions. I believe people aren’t broken—our systems are. My hope is to support anyone longing for deeper connection with themselves, their community, and the natural world.
