We all endure relational and environmental challenges that can push us into a state of overwhelm, whether that be at work, home, school, or in our own mind. I believe that working to identify these stressors, then developing strategies and approaches to overcome them with a trusted therapist can lead us to getting the most out of our lives. I enjoy working with a diverse population of clients, and specifically love engaging in therapeutic work around reauthoring the story we tell ourselves and have been told by others. I appreciate helping clients to challenge the narratives we may perceive as true about ourselves and our journey.
