My name is Blanca DiDonato and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have over 20 years experience working with children, youth and families, as well as working in a Behavioral Health program integrated in a Primary Care setting. My approach to therapy is to provide brief therapeutic interventions that focus on the reduction of symptoms associated with stress, anxiety, and depression, using solution-focused strategies.
