Getting started with therapy can be overwhelming and I want to congratulate you for taking the first step and learning about me. I’m fluent in Spanish-English reading, writing and speaking. My experience in the health care field since 2016 and the last 6 years in mental health within the community mental health system has only grown my ability to connect with a diverse population and understand the challenges of anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, parental challenges, teen challenges, couples issues, and more.
