I have the experience and the passion about helping others with their mental health journey to wellness. I have enjoyed seeing clients grow and learn to manage and express their emotional feelings and thoughts to others, take accountability for their actions , and grow into wonderful and assertive human beings . Clients have learned to accept and understand who they are as individuals and challenged the parts of themselves that are painful in order to reach their true authentic selves . I specialize working with the Latino culture and I offer individual, couples, child, and family therapy sessions .
