For almost 20 years I have been working with individuals, couples & families dealing with issues from anxiety & depression to relationship and family conflicts. I believe that every person, regardless of where they are in life, deserves a space for emotional healing and personal growth. My approach is characterized by authenticity, active listening, and unconditional positive regard. For me, the role of therapist can mean being an ally, a sounding board, and a confidant. I've had the privilege of witnessing lives transformed, scars healed & personal narratives rewritten, reinforcing the power of therapy to ignite lasting change.
