Over the past decade of practicing as a psychotherapist, I have specialized in supporting late teens and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, trauma, and significant life transitions. My goal is to help clients build confidence, enhance self-awareness, and navigate life's challenges with resilience. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds, including the African and BIPOC communities.
