Choosing a therapist can be overwhelming, and finding a good fit is crucial. I want all of my clients to feel seen, understood and challenged, which is why I prioritize creating a supportive space that allows my clients to be honest and vulnerable, to dig deep and work hard towards their goals. I laugh with my clients, cheer on their successes and offer feedback and suggestions that are based, not only on research, but also on my 20+ years in the field and my 45+ years of being human. I care deeply about my clients and I believe that is the foundation for growth and lasting change.
