My name is David Lewis, and I am committed to providing a safe, healing, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space where patients can explore their experiences and gain deeper self insight. My goal is to equip patients with practical therapeutic tools to reduce relationship related anxiety, depression, and stress. I work collaboratively with patients to cultivate healthy, functional relationships and to explore ways to live an authentic life grounded in meaning and purpose. Through therapy, patients are supported in addressing relational challenges and navigating life stressors to foster acceptance.
