As a holistic ALL-inclusive therapist, I integrate various treatment modalities including EMDR. I am deeply trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming. I specialize in treating individuals with symptoms of trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues; and enjoy working with spirituality, those in helping professions, creatives, and Highly Sensitive People.
