We are a diverse team dedicated to enhancing therapy experiences for clients in our community by focusing on depth approaches and offering unique opportunities for adding to the therapy experience. Whether it’s creating art, playing chess, building Legos, taking a therapy walk, or joining a therapy group, we are active participants in helping you see change in your life. We do believe experiences of trauma, oppression, and neglect shape you, but we also believe you have an incredible ability to heal. Our therapy community welcomes children, teens, young adults, older adults, couples, and families of all ages and identities.
