I am compelled to assist others in overcoming life's challenges and finding ways to integrate their full potential in accomplishing personal goals. I have been licensed since 2019 and have gained experience working with clients in outpatient and inpatient settings ranging from 3 to 99 years of age. I use an integrative therapeutic approach that is customized to individual needs with a focus on improving the overall quality of life, within my scope of practice as well as legal and ethical standards. Client well-being is always my main priority at all times. I am certified in Integrative Therapy that focuses on how food effects our mood and behavior. Everyday habits and routines are examined to find ways to improve functioning. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, and Client Centered Therapy (Grief counseling/Trauma) components are utilized as needed throughout the therapeutic process.
