I approach counseling as a relationship between equals or fellow travelers. I want to meet you as you are. And for you to meet me as I am. I believe in using what works for you and meeting you where you're at. I find therapy to be most effective when it connects to your sense of meaning in life. And I hope we'll have some laughs along the way.
