Being a woman today can feel overwhelming. You may appear to be managing life well, yet feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected inside. Many women and teen girls seek therapy for anxiety, self-worth, relationship struggles, grief, or identity concerns—even without a formal diagnosis—because their body and emotions are holding onto experiences that haven’t fully healed. I’m a women’s therapist offering in-person therapy and online therapy throughout New Mexico. I work with teen girls and adult women navigating anxiety, relationship trauma, boundary challenges, postpartum or perimenopause changes, and major life transitions.
