At Adaptive Therapy and Wellness, I help individuals and couples build emotional resilience, deepen connection, and navigate relationship transitions with clarity. Many people come to me when they’re feeling anxious, depressed, stuck, or hurting from a relationship (family, break-up, etc.). Together, we focus on understanding emotions, rebuilding trust, managing attachment fears, and improving communication.
