I work best with individuals who have reached a critical crossroads—often professionals, caregivers, or patients who are overwhelmed, misunderstood, or quietly suffering. My ideal client may be a licensed healthcare provider grappling with impairment, burnout, or the fear of losing their career. Or they may be a person living with chronic pain whose family just doesn’t get what they’re going through. Others come to me because they need to have hard conversations—conversations they’ve been avoiding for years—with loved ones, employers, or themselves. What my patients all share is this: they want to feel like themselves again.
