My practice is dedicated to the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Transport Agoraphobia with Panic, Fear of Flying and Phobias. I use traditional Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT) together with a new approach, known as Inferential-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), developed for the treatment of OCD specifically. ICBT focuses on a doubting process, where imagined, irrelevant or implausible stories cause you to distrust reality and direct evidence. ICBT is a remarkable "game-changer" in the treatment of OCD and related conditions!
