I am excited to work with clients from all walks of life as I have also walked an interesting life. I've experienced many ups and downs filled with self-growth, loss and healing, and many transitions and challenges along the way. Assisting those dealing with Grief and Loss are perhaps one of the areas I am most passionate about and versed in, however, my primary goal is to help all who may seek guidance. I enjoy working with anyone who suffers from depression or anxiety from ADHD, or being on the Autism Spectrum and anyone who feels hopeless and needs to believe again; including individuals, couples and families.
