I am a LCSW providing online therapy in Michigan, Oklahoma, and Idaho. Life is often a journey of different transitions, some exciting and joyful while others are incredibly challenging. I strive to offer guidance, support, safety, & healing during these transformative moments of your life. My approach is rooted in empathy & a commitment to growth— with a bit of levity & humor sprinkled in where appropriate too. My background is heavily trauma informed and I do extensive work in all kinds of trauma healing. I also work with adults and couples navigating fertility/ infertility, transitions to parenthood, and grief & loss. I enjoy working with individuals looking to manage depression & anxiety, build self esteem, and have healthy relationships & boundaries.
