I am grateful and honored to be a part of one's life journey. As an LMHCA I enjoy working with kids (elementary age) as well as adults in healthcare (health providers, first responders, ect.). I want parents, and adults to know that they are not alone, and I am here to walk alongside them on this journey. I earned a master's in clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2025 from Cornerstone University in Michigan and a bachelor's in psychology from The University of Indianapolis in 2022. I utilize therapeutic approaches such as play therapy, CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy. These are just fancy terms for saying that I provide a safe and welcoming environment for clients to express themselves.
