Do you ever feel like you're existing but not living? Do you feel like you're fighting to feel joy or avoid pain in life? To live a full and happy life we need to learn to manage times of discomfort and pain. Our feelings and experiences are here to teach us what we need as individuals and how to move forward intentionally. Together we can explore how to grow in our challenges and struggles and how to live more fully. I have treated clients who feel paralyzed by their anxiety or depression or those who need a focused problem approach.
