I have been working with adolescents, adults and couples for over 25 years in the WLA area specializing in anxiety, depression and relationship issues. The focus of our work can either be short term- working to resolve a particular issue or long term- a) developing insight and awareness into how the past and your experiences impact who you are today and b) developing and practicing new emotional skills. Together we will make the decision to enable you to have a more productive and fulfilling life.
