My experience is working with late teens, young adults, adults, and couples who are experiencing emotional distress from past and/or current struggles. My hope is for us to build a compassionate and brave space together, so that you can feel safe sharing and exploring your story. Our work will not only uncover the barriers to the growth and fulfillment that you deserve, but also will help you experience hope and healing through healthier relationships with self and others.
